IMPORTANT INFORMATION

INTRODUCTION
This website was designed for manufacturing companies with specific machining needs, store planners, your visual merchandising staff, and anyone wanting to display or promote merchandise, with the most impact. Most of the products that we offer on this website, except custom orders, are ready to ship to you from our factory.

Products on this website are made mostly of acrylic. Lexan, PETG, Sintra, ABS, Mirror, Melamine and other materials are also available, depending on your need and the intended use of the product. Fixtures that you may desire but not shown can be custom made upon your request. Please fill out your information on our Custom Quote Page and we will contact you shortly.

MINIMUM ORDER
Orders under the amount of $40.00 will be subject to a $10.00 handling charge.

SHIPPING
All items are bulk packed and shipped F.O.B. Toledo, OH. Unless otherwise indicated. Special packaging is available at an additional cost. We can also drop ship any order any size and multiple locations are no problem. Products will be shipped via UPS/Fed Ex or common carrier. All merchandise is carefully packaged and inspected before shipment. Responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by the carrier upon acceptance of shipment.

RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. All authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be made within 10 days upon receipt of merchandise. Custom orders are not returnable or refundable.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
IF RECEIVED BY UPS: If you discover upon opening the package that the merchandise is damaged, call UPS within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise and request an inspection and pick up of the merchandise. Save all packing materials. Do not return the merchandise by other means.

IF RECEIVED BY TRUCK LINE: Note the nature of the damage on both the driver’s copy and your copy of the freight bill. Require the driver to sign both copies. If concealed damages are found after opening the carton, keep the damaged merchandise, the cartons and call the truck line for an inspection report.
